Daily reporting to the project manager.
Maintaining petty cash and office records on ERP34 (SAAS) software
Keeping all records of transactions (Bills, Invoices, P.O’s etc)
Preparing and maintaining ledger accounts of all heads of accounts
Preparing daily/monthly/yearly reports using online ERP system or MS-Excel as required
Keeping tracks of all accounts related activities, Bank transactions, Field expenses
Coordinating with teams on daily tasks, handling all expenses in all regions and maintaining them under the budget to control company’s financial output and achieve project goals within given time
Maintenance of Petty cash expenses of all teams and Daily reporting to Company’s Head Office
Book Keeping of daily Bank Transactions and maintaining mandatory ledgers of all accounts on QuickBooks accounting software and Ms-Excel
Controlling cash flow by taking adequate measures to control company’s budget
Taking all expenses records from teams in different regions (Bills, Invoices etc)
Preparing ledger accounts and posting them to accounts books on daily basis
Keeping tracks and maintainance of all company’s assets used in field (Laptops, Mobiles, cars etc)
To maintain and regulate the Cash and Inventory system, Managing books of accounts, keeping track of stock-In and stock-out, Dealing all vendors for daily/Monthly purchases of stocks, taking all necessary steps which are in favour of organization’s goodwill, preparing payroll and assisting and communicating with all internal and external departments.
To regulate and control the daily cash disbursement account and to manage all company’s financial accounts books on “Quick Books”. Also to take all managerial decisions which are in favour of the organization. Responsible for all administration related activities including Office management, Employees attendance and payroll records, Client dealing, ensuring office janitorial services etc.
