• eDirham is a nationwide Payment Gateway built for the Ministry of Finance in UAE for paying and collecting the fees of government and non-government services using different payment methods and channels such as prepaid cards, credit cards (VISA and MasterCard), Bank Accounts, Apple pay, Samsung pay, google pay, e-Kiosk, e-Vouchers using e-commerce payment, Point of Sale (POS) payments.
• Trouble shooting and preparing the terminals with full configurations and testing POS terminals internally and externally.
• Installing, Removal, Replacement POS machines in government and private sectors.
• Assist in the installation and updating of software as well as the setup and troubleshooting of all equipment, Assist in Networking and all Router settings.
• Install and replace the parts of POS (Card swipe acceptor, printer, Chipcard reader, screen, usb modem, power supply, )
• Meeting clients frequently.
• Assign service codes, active block creates usernames in Payment Gateway.
• Configure entity profile in Citrix server (MID and TID).
• Create, follow up, segregate, resolve, acknowledge helpdesk tickets in timeline.
• Call to customers to give remotely support and give support to customer via helpline 24/7.
• Prepare site visits for field engineers.
• Update IMS daily with super entity, entity, sub entity, section, pos serial numbers, types, MID, TID, GPS coordinates, with Contact number.
• Audit physical stock on monthly basis and keep stock file updated.
• Provide support to achieve maximum efficiency and sales rate within the sales team.

• Monitor the self-service payment Kiosks online by web portal and mobile application
• Time to time update software packages and hardware devices
• Onsite support to clients and make self-service payment kiosks online
• Install and replace the parts (Cash acceptor, printer, VeriFone credit card devices, touch screen, upper screen, modem, Usb modem, power supply, motherboard, hard disk)
• Update weekly and monthly kiosk log files to FTP server
• Make a survey report and install kiosks to new locations as par UAE standard
• Diagnose and troubleshoot the hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support remotely.
• Practical experience of assembling new self-service payment kiosks

• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems including desktop and laptop.
• Assist in the installation and updating of software as well as the setup and troubleshooting of all equipment.
• Operate and Installation of Windows (7, 8, 10, 2000, Vista, XP, Server) and software.
• Knowledge and practical experience of MAC installation
• Perform computer assembling and data recovery.
• Assist in Networking and all Router settings.
• Resolve Windows related issues, Internet Explorer issues and other PC software related issues.
• Prepare new computers, laptop and desktops and help in repairing the old one.
• Installation and configuration of printers (HP, Samsung, brother, sharp)
• Purchasing and recommending all software and hardware devices
• Extensive knowledge of I.T market and Good relationship with vendors
• Practical experience of networking
