Working as a primary point of contact for client, assists in the implementation of the marketing plans and handling, to promote the products and increase awareness and market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To act as advisor. Developed client proposals. Present at stakeholder meetings.
• Forecast future trends and orient strategies to capture maximum benefits.
• Implement and follow on public sales and corporate accounts under supervision of the business manager.
• Improve the bottom line by ensuring opportunities were addressed and deals are closed and follow up on collections.
• Provide inputs to the marketing department to ensure leads’ generation and market share growth.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis with respect to the assigned products & collects testimonials from customers for better marketing intelligence and customer service.
• Department follow up on customer’ satisfaction with product.
• Explain policies and procedures to cooperate and their employers; oversee compliance with company’s policies, to keep quality consistency in customer service.
As Manager Pricing:
• Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
• Assist with pricing negotiations of customers’ proposals and prepare BAFO (Best and Final Offers).
• Maintain and regularly update a pricing history database. Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness and conduct oral presentations, field research and cost revisions.
• Define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system.
• Perform partnering with buyers, product managers and sales department to ensure integrated profit maximizing approach to market.
As Manager International Sales:
• Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.
• Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase International sales.
• Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
• Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
• Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
