Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager responsible to manage product flow processes, and act as the Supply Chain point of contact for daily operations Works in a highly cross-functional environment, interacting with vendors, Category teams, Marketing and Planning teams. Forecast and replenish products according to Marketing plans and programs defined by the Management team. Co-ordinate the flow of product according to collaboratively developed forecasts, through the Supply Chain from vendors through to the store. Manages large dollar and physical volumes of goods

Ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and responding to customer enquiries and requests.
Managing systematic approach to capture, evaluate and report issues / opportunities bought forward by customers
Ensure sufficient quality information is provided to the customers through periodic order management reports
Decide on allocation of scarce stock between customers and distributors.
Co-ordinate with Logistics on timely and error free shipments to customer
Monitor Excess inventories and co-ordinate with Sales on Inventory Liquidation Plans
Manage Slow Moving and Obsolete
