Job Responsibilities
• Feasibilty reports on new projects.
• Budgeting and Cash Flow Forcasts.
• Liasing with investors
• Day to day running of the new project
Instruct CFA Program to Bankers and Corporate officers. Reference to students will be provided on request.
• Preparation and finalisation of Spread sheets.
• Conduction Financial and Credit Analysis.
• Business Analysis.
• Loan structuring and origination to meet client’s needs in accordance with bank’s policy without taking un-necessary risk exposure.
• Market checking.
• Compiance with Prudence Regulation and resolving issues if any.
• Preparing quick revision sheets as to help students of CFA Program level 1 in CFE institute in revising the complete curriculum in a single day.
• Market research:
o Conducting Surveys for company’s new line of imports (Cosmetics and Shoes)
o Finding consumer trends.
o Preparing feasibility report for the new import project.
• Inventory Control and Management.
• Preparation of Poject-wise cost and analysing variation against the estimations.
• Liasoning with Contractors and Sub-contractors.

It has added a new diversification tool for investment purposes along with the knowledge of conventional finance, investment and banking tools acquired through qualifying the CFA Program. CIFE has added the skill of Shariah Compliant tools of investment, banking and insurance to my skill set of Capital market expectations, Financial Analysis, Investment Management, Risk Analysis, Treasury management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Relationship Management, Corporate and Investment Banking.
