Carried out audits of legal and procedural compliance and financial due diligence of technical and administrative procurement activity being carried out at Rousch Power Plant in Khanewal. In capacity of Manager Accounts, had liason with Corporate Office on all accounting matters relating to plant site.
As Assurance Manager for Descon’s Power Business, carried out audits of Altern Energy Limited and Descon Power Solutions (Private) Limited at Lahore and Islamabad offices.
Carried out audits of corporations in Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Textile, Foods, Cement, Sugar, Non-banking Finance Corporations, Insurance, Engineering sectors and staff retirement benefits.
Attended a number of training courses organized by KPMG on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), auditing and reporting frame work, documentation, KPMG Audit Methodology (KAM), Data privacy, Vector 2007, My Knowledge 2007, Accounting Research Online (ARO) and risk management routines.
Acted as Performance Manager for a number of audit trainees for goal setting, evaluation, approval and achievement sessions in KPMG’s world wide Dialogue process.
