handling Area with specifically dedicated Routes with having Key Accounts and Moderen Trade and Traditional Trade Customers with Horeeca NCTH & ADNH and utilizing efforts to maintain numeric distribution and accuracy in service Level, availability and visibility a vital part of business and managing merchandising and trade promotional displays as well with achieving targets and managing growth VS Last year in volume and value both with less then 5% wastage .
Focusing Route Optimaizatiin geographically and managing possoitives timely number of productive calls .
currently i am working in Abu Dhabi in Oaisis water BU in Retail handling Traditional Tradae and Modern Trade both channels.
Controlling the team of 12 sales man, 12 helper and 2 Merchandisers of the fresh brand named Milco, Lacnor. Oasis (Dairy Products & Fresh Juices)
Including assigned Sales Team for (TT and MT with all Groups of Company Like KM . Fathima . Millinilinium. Madina Safeer and Al Maya Group as well Adnoc Station Across Abu Dhabi. and UAE Level.
Main task is availability of the product in each and every outlets of the assigned area.
Delivery should reach on time.
Maximum coverage of the area, with minimum wastage in fresh products.
Achieving target, motivation to the sales team.
Relationship with the dealers and the distributors is the vital part of the job.
Dealing directly with the Managers, regarding the agreements Contract, Shelves Rent, Floor Display, Chiller Display, Monthly Offers, Yearly Rebate etc..
