- Follow up with travel agents dealing with the company. and schedule the booked tours for individuals and big groups. and maintain proper relation with the agents.

- make all reservations (hiring facilities and personals to implement the tour) for confirmed tour itineraries prior to the tours beginning.

- manage all running itineraries and follow up with them.

- approach potential agents (either seasonally or for long term contracts) with proper tour itinerary packages.

- Customize and release online marketing campaigns promoting the company itineraries.

As sales person i had to keep an up to date information about potential and target clients.

- approach target clients with suitable offers and technology in sanitation and cleaning field.

- maintain smooth and one to one relation with existing clients, follow up their demands and technical requirements and schedule those requirements for solutions

- ensure that clients covered under global contracts meet the quality required by those contracts.

- ensure that users are probably understood and using the technology of JohnsonDiversey, arrange and conduct training courses according to schedules and needs.
