- Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors;
- Investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises;

- Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
- Overseeing necessary preparation for a scheduled competition (Leagues & Tournaments)
- Procurement and contract management;

✓ Locates and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
✓ Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
✓ Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
DUPLAYS is the largest organiser of Leagues, Events and Wellness Programs for corporates in the Middle East. We at DUPLAYS help corporates achieve their wellness targets through sport and team-building activities.
1. New customer acquisition and maintaining relationship with the key decision makers in the
company to understand and follow up on Corporate Wellness division roadmap and projects.
2.Generating quality sales leads and working closely with the Sales Director’s and practice managers in
driving the discussions with the prospects regarding varied initiatives in the company.
3. Working with the sales team and responsible for entire sales cycle e.g. responding to RFP’s until the lead
is closed.
4. Providing product training for the new joiner’s/ interns in the team.
5. Event Management - on ground planning and execution
Duties:
1. Administrative duties - planning and organization of sport events, fixtures, recording keeping at intra and interschool levels, planning Physical Education lessons.
2. Coaching duties - Physical fitness, ball skills, hand eye co-ordination drills, physical training in all sport codes offered at the school. Teach Physical Education to grades 3 to 12
3. After School Coaching: Skills Development Coaching
4. Manage, plan and oversee all Sporting Department and activities in the College
5. Fixtures organization and planning of all sporting codes offered at the College
6. Liaising with corporate sponsors to fund sporting programs
7. Quality control of sport offered at the College
8. Bio-mechanical correction techniques
9. Health Management
10. Group training
Duties:
