Manage All Custom Clearance activities on daily basis for Naqel Express and SPL.
Supervise Import-Export (documentation, compile carrier, and compute international fees for all shipments)

Position: Operations Supervisor April 2019 to March 2022 Prepare, monitor and control all data from the system to ensure compliance to network standards of deliveries. Monitor and control domestic & express projects to ensure timely processing and professional service to the customers. Monitor and control the quality of service in terms of transit times, pick-up performance to ensure timely handling and processing of shipments and service provided to customers. Ensures all team members implement Aramex quality of service standards and procedures. Monitor and manage schedule and shifts of all the team members to ensure the availability of adequate staffing.
