Operation Controller :-
Employment is the supervision and improvement of the logistics operation deeds from and to Saudi Arabia.

My main task is to deliver clear operational direction, leadership and development to the Operational management
team of International Air, Ocean & Road Freight Forwarding across KSA.
• Develop overall local operational strategy and direction for freight forwarding.
• Participate in selection and contracting airlines, shipping lines, agents, carriers, and other vendors.
• Oversee the development of new freight business, maintain and develop relationships with new and
existing clients in the local market, and drive the business for maximum utilization of existing
facilities.
• Ensure customer service effectiveness in maintaining communication with vendors, shippers, customers,
carriers and overseas agents throughout the shipment process.
• Ensure that financial management (billing and invoicing) and reporting for freight is carried out in
accordance with company requirements.
• Negotiating and concluding ocean transportation arrangements with shipping lines / overseas partners and
conclude a specific period rate agreements.
• Assist with the settlement of disputed charges on vendor invoices.
• Limited travel includes visits to customers, prospects, agents and partner locations.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations, or other factors affecting freight
shipping.

Sales -
• Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
• Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum
of those into revenue generating business.
• Maintain records of customer details / sales visits in the Orient.
• Identify potential customers and register opportunities in Orient; relentlessly pursue realization of

Operation -
• Responsible for all sort of inbound and outbound Air / Sea shipments.
• Operated the services requested by the organization (Imports, Exports, FCL, LCL, RORO, Break Bulk,
Project Cargo, Heavy Cargo, Air Freight, Ware Housing, Transportation & Custom Clearance).
• Exports - Getting Enquiries, Negotiating and Obtaining Rates from the Shipping Lines, Quoting Rates
to the customer, getting confirmations on rates quoted, booking space for the cargo and co-
ordination with the agents till the cargo is been delivered at the destination port.
• Imports - Obtaining the enquiry, getting rates from the overseas agents, quoting the rates, obtaining
the confirmation, providing the shipping details to the overseas agents, customs clearance on arrival
of the cargo, transportation and delivery of the cargo to the consignee.
• Suggesting the most efficient and economical operations and routing procedure for movements of
cargo in and out of SAUDI ARABIA to the Overseas Agents, partners and clients.
• Follow up with the Shipping line / Air lines for Imports and Exports shipments, customs clearance,
Inspections, Transportation & Deliveries
• Major Air & Sea freight project cargo movement.
• Securing the most competitive rates for FCL, Break Bulk, RORO, LCL, Air Freight, Land Freight &
Project Movements.

Operation Coordinator:-
Coordinating inland operations and administrative responsibility of terminal operation team for the
region
