Managing and coordinating the estimation & engineering, fabrication, supply and erection of projects, including financial management. Reporting requirements in accordance with processes and procedures from project conception to completion. Review the PQD’s before submitting it to client for approvals and ensure to get the submittals approved either in code A or B before commencing procurement. 
Plan, check and get the design manager sign-off the “Sequence/Method of Erection” 
Attending weekly progress meeting at site and addressing the work progress to client and emphasizing client to expedite pending approvals which may delay the program of work.  Determining materials and supply needs through technical details and schedules. 
Close coordination with planning & production department to ensure that production shop is loaded to its maximum capacity. 
Review PR and approve to proceed PO to ensure that orders were placed as per project specification and budget 
Coordinate the delivery of supplies according to priorities and specifications. 
Resolve problems (payment issues with supplier, lead time of raw materials) to speed up delivery of orders. 
Monitor inventory of supplies for different jobs or sites. 
Place orders according to projects program aiming for timely delivery at competitive price. 
Close follow-up with sub-contractors for the fabrication & delivery of special buy-out materials and ensure a timely delivery of materials in-line with project schedule. 
Review and reply official letters from client within 24 to 48 hours. 
Preparation, evaluation & conciliation of project variations with clients in timely manner without affecting project schedule.
 Ensure NCR’s raised either by client or erection team will be completed and closed on time. Also investigate the reason for the NCR’s with concern department to avoid similar errors in fore coming projects. 
Responsible for the client’s payment progress in line of the delivery and installation schedule.

• Coordinating with QC/QA to reply and log NCR’s in order to avoid client back-charges.
