Managing and coordinating the estimation & engineering, fabrication, supply and erection of projects, including financial management. Coordinate the delivery of supplies according to priorities and specifications. 
Resolve problems (payment issues with supplier, lead time of raw materials) to speed up delivery of orders. 
Monitor inventory of supplies for different jobs or sites. 
Place orders according to projects program aiming for timely delivery at competitive price. 
Close follow-up with sub-contractors for the fabrication & delivery of special buy-out materials and ensure a timely delivery of materials in-line with project schedule. 
Review and reply official letters from client within 24 to 48 hours. 
Preparation, evaluation & conciliation of project variations with clients in timely manner without affecting project schedule.
 Ensure NCR’s raised either by client or erection team will be completed and closed on time. Also investigate the reason for the NCR’s with concern department to avoid similar errors in fore coming projects. 
Responsible for the client’s payment progress in line of the delivery and installation schedule.
