• Monitoring and overseeing bi-monthly inventory counts for over 180 locations to identify irregular stock activity, incorrect or pending entries, and making necessary reconciliation adjustments.

• Leading a team of 16 associates to manage SAR 65M in inventory, maintaining over 95% accuracy in stock levels.

• Implemented a robust cycle count program, improving inventory turnover by 20%, and further reducing unknown losses pertaining to stocks, significantly increasing cash flow for better working capital management.

• Monitoring and analysing monthly purchases to capture rebate calculations.

• Training of new team members on proper procedures related to inventory management.

• Ensuring all inventory flow documentation is complete, accurate and recorded correctly. Co-ordinated with internal and external auditors during inventory audits.

• Allocated logistics costs and customs duties to invoices from international suppliers, ensuring accurate import item costing. Maintained cost accuracy to support pricing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. Collaborated with procurement and finance teams to streamline cost allocation processes and improve efficiency.

Retail chain established for 15 years having started in Jeddah and now expanded to other cities in KSA with about 10+ large outlets.

• Key member of the Accounts Payable team, overlooking all correspondence with trade suppliers, carrying out reconciliations & dealing with any issues & concerns that may arise, ensuring payments are made in full & on time, and verifying that supplier accounts maintained are complete & in order.
