External stake holders: Make sure that information presented to external stake holders gives the best picture of the company to attract investors

Strategy: Develop strategies to make the best use of resources and company's treasury by analyzing industry standards.

Reporting: Product wise/segment wise performance vs industry benchmark reports on monthly basis, margin wise product wise performance vs industry benchmark,
Financial Statements line item wise report against budget on monthly basis, ratio analysis on monthly basis.
