• Responsibility for prioritization and Identification of sites and their negotiations, ensuring financial viability and reviewing feasibility studies, assessing planning probabilities then managing the planning and legal process for acquisitions, Monitor Lease negotiation & signing
• Maintaining a regular schedule of meetings with appropriate Acquisitions. FBM Team Members and their agents & management of the equity Development pipelines.
• Establish strategies & encourage best practice for effective negotiation to ensure cost savings and effective investments.
• Review Market insights gathering and analysis to take effective steps to serve the company’s best interest.
• Ensure Accuracy in forecasting the number of new restaurants opening by period/year
• Develop cost effective real estate solutions in alignment with business needs including parameters for location, lease vs. own, length of lease term, financial commitment, exit strategies and operating expense budgets.
• Acts as a single contact point for outside agents, retailers and potential vendors/landlords.
• Lead strategy to minimize property cost inflation for the restaurants portfolio and deliver reduced cost to the business
• Undertake Sites Acquisitions of the Company new units throughout all the Markets we operate in principally by overseeing the Identification and securing of sites to hand-over to Construction and pipe-line communication.
• Formulate pipeline reports together with information dissemination throughout various brands.
• Ensure new pipelines are well developed in advance to meet growth expectations
1. Manage day-to-day operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resources.
2. Set up objectives and targets and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved.
3. Responsible of Leasing vacant spaces according to defined tenant mix and target.
4. Manage all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental
negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
5. Monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the properties.
6. Ensure Fine tuning of tenent mix whenever is possible by visiting prospect regularly and have an
updated waiting list.
7. Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to company’s rules and procedures.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities.
9. Coordinate with retailers on a daily basis to resolve issues.
10. Attend to tenants and clients’ needs and provide optimal level of service.
11. Implement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as leasing,
renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation.
12. Coordinate with other department heads to ensure effective and efficient operation of the
properties.
13. Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing corporate, preferably
within the GCC to ensure continued and future business.
14. Prepare a target list of the prospective customers, both local and international suitable for the
type of areas available for leasing in the property, assess their due diligence, invites them to a
presentation of videos, drawing, models etc. in order to generate interest in the property, work
towards sales closure to meet revenue targets and ensure proper maintenance of tenants waiting
list.
15. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Facilitate property visits for potential tenants to give them the heads up.
• Preparation and finalization of lease contracts
• Provide accurate and timely status reporting to the property manager for use in regular status meetings
• Identify and maintain real estate industry contacts and provides detailed information on current market trends
• To be updated about the activities of the developers in the market
• Assist the senior Management with other various tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time
