I'm the legal advisor of the company and the Sisters Companies in and out of Kuwait and give the legal consultation about the issues and contract. in case of supervision on legal Depart, the Board of Directors shall be provided with all matters in which it is requested to give legal advise whether orally or in writing or through telephone without resort to the external law firm which is contracted with Drafting of the all contracts and represent the company in/out of Kuwait.
• Drafting, revising and reviewing all kinds of documents and contracts/agreements.
• Giving legal opinions/legal briefs and notes on contentious issues and disputes related to contracts and agreements.
• Preparing briefings and statements on agreements and contracts and any issues arising there from.
• Participating in Board meetings of different companies and preparing decisions and minutes of Meeting.
• Drafting, revising and reviewing all kinds of documents and contracts/agreements.
• Giving legal opinions/legal notes on contentious issues and disputes related to contracts and agreements.
• Preparing briefings and statements.
• Filing and coordinating all meetings and programs
• Giving legal opinion and proper legal guidance in their activities utilizing the support of bilingual translation skill and computer expertise.
• Contacting international companies/Banks to deal with related subjects.
• Follow with the lawyers and manage the company legal papers.
• Providing legal service and consultancy for the department within in the company
• Following the new law and inform the required sections
• Making decision and all the administration circular
• Planning strategies for new projects and checking for errors
• Look for the license and legal issues regarding the company
• Looking for the insurance of the company and the employee and following with insurance department
• Arranging meeting with the council management and ordinariness association
• Arranging letters for inside and outside correspondence
• Follow-up of all works concerning the ministry
• Follow-up with mandoop regarding the shuoon passport and other legal works of the company.
• Follow with the lawyers and manage the company legal papers.
