- Responsible for the identification of new sales opportunities and achieve monthly showrooms sales target. (YOY & MOM)
- Evaluate sales processes and perform collaboratively with VP and set target.
- Assisting the retail division in structuring deals in the most effective manner possible.
- Lead and guide subordinates by providing them with technical guidance, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles.
- Prepare reports/briefs to the VP.
- Perform as primary liaison to Product Development, Operations, IT and various departments as required.

- Develop system support for deriving main sales metrics from existing CRM system.
- Train and develop retail team to meet up company standard.
- Prepare CAPEX & OPEX for retail VP based on previous years average sales and expenses for each showroom.
- Tracking daily report (IPC, ATV and conversion % to ensure sales target achieved.
- Maintain and update annually all standard company library.
- Managing the petty cash of the head department.
- Strategic planing for expand new showrooms and new cost center with project department.
