AGR/SRU (Barzan Tr-1/2)
This Mega gas processing Plant is designed by JGC Japan Gas Corporation, processing 2000 MMscfd Sour Gas which contains H2S, CO2, Mercuptans (RSH), water & Natural Gas with Heaviers, which are Purified to recover the all products i.e. C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C5+ & Condensate, The sales gas to QP Sales Gas grid. Fully participated in pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up activities.
This plant is Controlled by FOXBORO DCS I/A Series & have following units.

• Acid Gas Removal (Ucarsol) Amine Base. (UOP)
• Dehydration Molecular sieves. (UOP)
• Sour Gas Treatment (Flexorb SE+)
• Mercury Removal. (UOP), SRU, sulfur recovery unit
• NGL Recovery (Demethanization & NGL Recovery)
• Turbo Expander/Compressor (Magnetic Shaft) (MAFI TRENCH)
• Centrifugal Compressor (GE Mark VII Gas Turbine Speed Tronic)
• Fractionation Unit. “C2, C3, C4, C5, C5+ & condensate recovery. (ORTLOFF)
• LPG (Ethane, Propane and Butane) Treaters. (ORTLOFF)
• Propane Refrigeration System. (ORTLOFF)
• Natural Draft Furnaces. (HEC / LANDE / DUIEKER)




GASCO (ADNOC) Abu-Dhabi

SENIOR OPERATOR:

GASCO is the largest gas processing facility in Abu-Dhabi developed and operating since 1969. Habshan and Bab Gas processing plants produces 1500 MMscfd of Natural Gas for its client ADNOC Gas distribution grid.

Plant control is designed by ABB ADVANT & consists of following units:

• Gas gathering, inlet separation & heating.
• Condensate stabilization unit.
• Amine Gas treatment unit (MDEA).
• Dehydration (Molecular Sieve) unit provided by ISG (ITALY).
• Sales Gas Centrifugal Compressors (Man Turbo, Germany).
• Gas Metering Station (DANIEL).

Dubai Petroleum Company (DPC), Dubai
(From April’1987 Till Oct’2000)

DPC is the largest Oil Producing Company in Dubai operating since 1969. Its 4 Off-Shore oil fields in Arabian gulf producing 700K Bbls of crude oil and exporting to South East Asian countries.

Plant control is designed by Foxboro & consists of following units:
