Working as Group Purchasing Section head with ELASHRY STEEL, in 6 th of October City www.elashrygroup.com.
- Managing the purchasing team for all required spare parts inquiries. - Follows-up with all departments (Operation, Logistics and finance) to ensure completing the purchasing process and ensure the vendor meets the terms of the agreement. - Implementing by my-self All inquiries related to the Mega Projects, CAPEX Items and Strategic spare parts inquiry. - Handling the OEM original equipment manufacturer account (DANIELI, SMS) for Mechanical/Electrical spares with all related activities starting from the ordering until having the ordered item in plant warehouse, - Building up ERP system strategy along all available functions (Finance, Supply Chain and warehouse). - Responsible for Implementing sourcing activities for the Low Cost Countries LLC including China, India and Turkey to enhance the supplier relations and to ensure cost development from a procurement perspective.
- Leads the procurement function and oversees all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, process implementation for procurement related to goods and services.
- implementing policies and procedures for all commercial transactions to have appropriate documentation cycle and ensure sticking to healthy bidding environment to meet goals
- Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions for the purchases with suppliers.
- Carrying on all requisitions related to CAPEX items including machinery and mega projects across group business units.
- Handling the OEM original equipment manufacturer account (DANIELI) for Mechanical/Electrical spares with all related activities starting from the ordering until having the ordered item in plant warehouse.
- Evaluates bids, performing price analyses and assessing the quality and suitability of supplies, summarizes bid responses and prepares bid process documentation and reports; determines lowest responsive and responsible bidder and select appropriate vendor, supplier, or contractor.
- Follows-up with all departments (Operation, Logistics and finance) to ensure completing the purchasing process and ensure the vendor meets the terms of the agreement.

Responsibilities:
-Advising Organizers on all aspects of planning and running Tenders.
-Following up Technical Studies and clarify any missing Points.
-Plan and schedule work Orders with the customers and manage customer database.
-Handling Technical and commercial offers with the customers.
-Get familiar with Latest Inco Terms update.
-Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacture of commercial products.
-Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
-Analyze production specifications and the capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements
-Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers
-Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
-Prepare production reports Prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment
