Develop objectives and strategies by identifying &
establishing long-range objectives and specifying the
strategies and actions to achieve them.

employee vacations to ensure minimum disruption to the
operation.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with
under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and
administering disciplinary procedures.
Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings
and investigations.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee
termination or resignations.
Supervise in conducting the annual Employee Satisfaction
survey and coordinates feedback meetings and the
implementation of resulting action plans.
Actively participate and represent the Human Resources
Department in various committees.
Manage supervisory and management skills training by:
Recommending effective skills training workshops,
seminars, programs and trainers.
Participate as an active member of the hospital safety,
Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, L1 and TN visa
holders, EADs for numerous positions on C2C, W2 or 1099.
Conducting extensive searches through job sites, job postings,
internal database and search engines, networking, goggling etc.
to evaluate their credentials whilst doing a comparative analysis
with the requirements in order to establish compatibility
between the two.
Understanding the salary requirements of prospective
candidates and negotiating compensation so as to maximize
profit margins for the company.
Posting job requirements in Job sites.
Effectively used traditional sourcing methods, Linked In,
Monster, Resume Bucket, Corp-Corp, and Dice to recruit
candidates for existing openings as well as requisitions in the
pipeline.
Well versed in HR practices and employment law as they pertain
