Material receiving Inspections as per drawing and specification.
Supervision of Inspection Activities.
Coordinating Project activities as per Procedure & Specification.
Inspection of type of valves their direction tag number rating and sizes.
In charge for the inspection of Inner cleanliness of the Piping work.
Maintain and monitor the approved QA/QC procedures and inspection program.
Review inspection and test plans and method of statements.
Inspection of materials with test certificates as per the requirements.
Reviewing isometrics, support drawings and details.
Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform
the required inspection.
Inspection of fabricated spools and supports.
Witness/Inspection of fit up-dimensional checking.
Witnessing the flange joint assembly and bolt torque.
Responsible for the complete piping activities as required by the existing
company standard codes.
Coordinating and supervising all the stages of inspection activities for the
fabrication manufacturing Quality, providing a proactive quality assurance.
Raises Corrective Action/Non-conformance reports as required and monitors
their development and resolution.
Coordinating with client or consultant while inspection is carried out and
offer clarification is required.
Witnessing the alignment, orientation and dimensions of installed piping.
Visual inspection of plant piping and prepare punch list after installation.
Verification of dimensional fit up and weld preparation in compliance with
applicable engineering standards drawing.
Preparing and clearing of punch list.
Inspection and calibration validity for all measuring devices.
Attending meeting with client on progress and quality related issues through to
project completion and hand over.
Co-ordination with Client in clearing the system for Hydro Test.
Preparation of pressure test packages, prior to pressure test.
Inspection of pressure test (Hydro, Pneumatic) according to the piping class,
their test limits and required pressure.
Prepare hydro test packages, line check and punch listing.
Control of non-conformities issuance of punch list.
Witnessing of pneumatic test, hydro-test, and flushing..
Assure that all joints are exposed for examination during pressure test.
Ensure the blinds are removed and correct rating gaskets are installed.
Verification of Final documentation of fabricated spools.
Coordinating and supervising all the stages of inspection activities for
the fabrication, manufacturing Quality, providing a proactive quality assurance.
Preparing and maintaining various QA/QC documents and final test packages.
Preparing the punch list before and after hydro test.
Witnessing the Hydro testing of the pipe lines.
Line checking and cleaning the punch items before the pressure test on
complete pipe lines.
Coordination with client’s inspection agencies and subcontractors at different stages
of the construction of plants.
Prepare the documents for the QC activities and test packages updating all activities and prepare the test packages status and progress reports.
1. Supervising NDT subcon-team for daily inspection and allocating for requirements.
2. Ensuring implementation of proper safety requirements for NDE activities.
3. Monitoring and ensuring fulfillment of requirements in test packages.
4. Conducting all NDE inspections under scope of ASME job.
5. Review & reconciliation of NDT requirements in test packages. Inspection & Monitoring of Magnetic Particles testing’s for pipe line. Welds, pressure Vessels etc.
6. Coordinating with clients and testing agencies for resolution of NDE related issues.
7. Review of RT film prior to submission to client for approval.
8. Monitoring welder log book for NDT requests percentage based.
9. Selection of weld joints for NDT (RT, MT, PT & PMI) as per daily welding inspection Report (DWIR) makes the request.
10. Make RT, MT, PT and PMI request and pull out isometric drawing counter check for 100%, 20%, 10%&5% RT requirement as per line class or client specifications and ASME B 31.3 requirements.
11. Witness for MT, PT, and UT & PMI and review the reports.
12. Monitoring of all NDT works.

MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
