Supervising and planning the work site and analyzing
problems and developing solutions to resolve them.
- Estimating budgets and time scopes for each Projects.
- Handling the procurement area, getting quotations and
ordering for materials and inspect materials at the time of
delivery
- Reporting to the Project Manager about the current work
progress and analyze the critical path & area of concerns and
study impact of alternative approaches to work
- Worked closely with Construction Team, MEP Team, Technical
Team, Quantity surveyor, Project manager and other stake
holders to get updates regarding Project issues, variations and
site work instructions and analyze time impact on the project.
- Prepare project risk register and attend risk assessment
meeting to identify and mitigate risk.
- Coordinate & Follow-up with subcontractors and clients and
keep up-to date of the status of projects.
- Completing mechanical installation checks for correct
installation
- Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance
and diagnosing faults
- Analyze all suppliers of machine parts and select the most suitable
suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at
competitive pricing
- Coordinating workers accommodation building maintenance.
- Organize and keep the preventive maintenance system to maintain
the effective regular operations of the production unit
- Provide the optimum performance of technicians and workers.
- Determining facility and equipment specifications
- Hire and oversee the outsource team such as electricians, plumbers
and other workers.
- Guide, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to staff.
- Conducting quality assurance of product and safety
checks on equipment.
- Supervise the installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
works.
- Prepare the estimates of manhours, materials and resources
required.
- Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials.
- Secure that MEP contractors adhere to project safety regulations.
- Facilitate problems in site, as may arise, among MEP contractors
during construction.
- Design the HVAC system complying with the standards and
costumer requirement.
Mechanical engineering graduate
