 Reviewed and facilitated new accounting procedures for effectiveness of the
Overall system for the easiness of work flow.
 Finalization of Complete Accounts and using analysis For Better Empowering Of firm.
 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and
Analyzing account information
 Maintain proper books of accounts to ensure all accounting transactions
Properly recorded.
 Handling Accounts in an ERP environment-SAP-B1, Petra & Pact.
 Handling Accounts Receivable and Payables, Settlements of Accounts
And Customer Credit Controlling.
 Handling Supplier reconciliation and Payments, Inventory Analyzing, Product
Pricing, Costing making, financial reports like Petty Cash Administration support.
 Preparing Bank reconciliation statement.
 Handling All payments related to Merchandise like Freight, Customs, and
Insurance.
 Handling the fund flow and processing fund transfers from one location to other.
 Documentations of sales, purchase, and Accounts related correspondence to the
Buyers, suppliers and auditors.
 Assist to generate payroll.
 Perform other duties as assigned or required
