Accepts new stock using Cloudforce and Hike software and
Receive and issue mobiles &accsorries to/from stores. Determine an appropriate location and / or shelves within
the store where mobiles&accessories can be stored. Plan warehouses and distribution centres for efficiency in
both operations and capacity. Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock
for customers. Provide customers with information about items. Send a monthly stock statement of all mobiles &
accssorries to the respective division managers.

Preparation of year ending schedule and accounts
statements for Audit.
Reconciliation of: -
Bank, HO, Branches, Debtors, Creditors and Stock.
All kind ofBank Transactions.
Handling Staff files and preparation of Payroll.
Office Administration & Correspondence.
Filing of sales tax return.
