• Handling the complete the customer orders from Australia, Middle east, USA, Europe and Africa
• Coordinating the entire customer service responsibility from forecasting, pricing, customer enquiry, to order, to chasing payment, and ensuring delivery of product, as per agreed process, while maintaining a customer centric approach throughout the Job.
• Coordinating with Production planning team to know the exact goods production time to give the delivery schedule to the customers
• Follow up for forecast collection from customers, validating with Sales Manager and updating the same in ERP while respecting the deadlines.
• Executing the orders received from the Customers and ensuring terms and conditions are checked so as to place the delivery schedules with Planning and Warehouse team.
• Ensure availability of stocks before confirming the orders with the Customers to assure that commitments can be met with production in hand.
• Timely execution for dispatch of all orders ensuring all documents have been completed prior to shipments and Customer has been kept in informed at all stages for delivery.
• Negotiating with freight forwarding agent for the ocean freight, Air freight and land freight to execute the shipment.
• Coordinating with Freight forwarding agent to Booking containers and follow up regularly until makes the final delivery.
• Coordinating Warehousing team for creating the packing list and giving assistance to load the shipment.
• Invoicing to the customer once the shipment has been dispatched from the warehouse facility.
• Sending the customer statement and chasing the payment from the customer once the due date comes and pass to it the Finance team.
• coordination with Logistics and Warehouse teams, ensure timely resolution of all related queries/issues, meet all customer requirements (on time shipment, right product, right quality, etc.) and adherence to internal control and compliance guidelines.

Advising document requirements for customs clearing the cargo both at origin and destination ports to the team and customers for new shipments.
• Provide complete freight & logistics solutions to key customers and project customers like PAE, Sally port, DynCorp, L3 Harris, Leidos, and KBR
• Handling and Assisting all US military shipments to all camps in Middle east and Africa
• Respond to new requests from customers and provide best routing solutions to customers.
• Handling diplomatic shipments in and out of Iraq via all Iraq port entry/exists.
• Handling Foreign Military shipments (FMS) in and out of Iraq including initiating the levy exemption requests with US Embassy
• Handling Commercial Cargo imports and defense cargo in to Iraq via suitable entry/exit points
• Booking perishable shipments from Dubai to Iraq.
• Import/Export handling of International Road freight shipments in to Iraq from Dubai
• Facilitate effective vertical and horizontal communications throughout the site logistics organization.
• Expert in handling in Military and diplomatic shipments and advising documents required to move military shipments
• Supervise in the following activities: Construction Logistics and Supply Chain Management, DFAC operations, Bulk and Retail Fuel operations, Camp Transportation Operations,
• Coordinate with field offices and monitor the operations until completed.
• Oversee the internal logistics requirements necessary to support operations. Work closely with the procurement and property management sections to ensure that material and equipment is delivered to the end user
• Coordinating with supplier and raising the LPO for the purchase order
• Collaborate with vendors and transportation partners to determine ideal schedules/timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations
• Review orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment.

• Coordination with the customers and Overseas agents for the Imports and Cross
Trade Air/Sea Freight Shipments.
• Receiving enquiries from the customer, preparing Quotations based on the enquiry
and send the same for Approval to the Customers through QMS Software.
• Sending Rate Request to Overseas agents for obtaining rates based on the requirement of
the Consignee.
• Follow Up with the Customer for the Confirmation on the Quotation Send.
• Routing the Air/Sea freight shipments once quotation is approved with the Coordination
Of Overseas agents.
• Arranging for the Insurance with AXA based on shipment terms, commodity and Invoice Value.
• Updating on time to time basis regarding the status of the Shipments to the Customers.
• Team Player and Work Hard to make the LCL Consol Box to our CFS facility.
• Sound Knowledge about the Clearance Procedure in Dubai and required documents
For the Clearance in Dubai.
• Co -ordination with the Clearance Team as well Consignee for Air/Sea Freight Shipments
For Delivering the Shipment at right Place.
• Providing Instructions to the Clearance Team with regards to Quote, Delivery Location,
Collection of Invoice amount/Duty amount at the time of Delivery.
• Entering Cost and Sell in Procars as per quotation of the routed shipments for the Purpose of
Invoicing to the Customers.
• Follow-up with both Customers & Sales Executive for New Bookings or New Business Prospects.
• Approving Agents Debit notes, Pass it to the Managers for Approval and providing the same to the
Finance Department for the Payment against the respective Job.
• Issuing Invoice against the Cross Trade shipments.
• Preparing Weekly Booking Reports and submit to section Manager.
• Providing the Weekly Call Report on the Follow up with the Customer to obtain New
Enquiries/Booking and pass the same to the Section Managers for review.
• Preparing yearly reports based on the number of routed shipment from/to All Origin/Destination.
