• Dealing with Banks including taking Short Term Loan, controlling repayment and foreclosure, if necessary, and Preparing Daily Reconciliation statement.
• Responsible for managing complete accounting cycle and finalization with Accounts Manager.
• Booking and providing payment for all service providers (Dewa, Etisalat, Emicool, Sewerage, Rent and other Fixed monthly expenses).
• Submitting Fund Flow position to Management on daily basis.
• Employee Payroll processing and submitting WPS and preparing employee settlement.
• Completing required schedules (Fixed asset schedule, prepayment etc.) for monthly closing of books of accounts and facilitating year-end audit.

• Payment verification - To ensure that Payments are as per the Internal Audit procedures.
• Internal Control - Ensuring procedures are followed for all the transaction as per internal control requirements.
