• Handling Air & Sea import export shipments
• Air & Sea freight Booking
• Checking all pre-alert documents before the shipment arrives and providing necessary information to clients
• Coordinate with internal and overseas agent for IMPORT & EXPORT shipments.
• Ensure proper correspondence with the Customer with the status of the shipment.
• Make sure arrival of shipment and clearance status notified to client/agents on regular intervals.
• Arranging Delivery Order
• Arrange customs inspection
• Ensure all cargo physically moving through warehouse and checked for integrity and condition
• Coordinate with warehouse & transportation departments
• Coordinate and arrange transportation to make sure that consignment get delivered on time as per client requirements.
• Preparing delivery reports.
• Handling Institution accounts like SEHA, MUBADALA. For Pharma & Medical supplies and returns.
• Maintaining purchase order log sheet
• Preparing delivery documents & follow up delivery’s
• Ensuring delivery’s before due date
• Inventory checking & Reporting stock request
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly supply chain reports for deliveries & return.
• Support finance team in Invoice submission for payments collections
• Make sure customer satisfaction in services.
• Responsible for interchange transfers
• Part of Weekly / Monthly / Yearly review meetings
• Report activities to Logistics Manager
• Air freight booking
• Customs clearance for Import & Export shipment
• Cargo verification
• Preparing the Dangerous Goods Shipper’s Declaration after complete scrutiny of the MSDS and DGR Manual
• Handling DG cargo
• D/O Collection
• Arranging transportation & delivery
• Monitoring the cargo packing and labeling
