Planning of upcoming work and resource allocation for the next quarter, preparation Work Package agreements. Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff.New business requirement capture including contractor replacements, work done by other vendors etc.In charge and single point of contact for the offshore testing team and provide the Overall co-ordination from Onshore with the onsite-offshore model.Organize & conduct the Project Kick-off meeting, Requirements walk-through, Project reviews of test deliverable and ensuring compliance with approved testing process, methodologies and Audit meetings.
As a Test Manager (with a team size of 20) of the EMP CIT Group, I am responsible for the Following activities.
Managing project activities like estimations, resource utilizations, interaction with delivery Team, Planning, Project tracking for deliveries and Co-ordination with component teams for deliveries.
Test Planning/Strategy and Estimation for various work packages.
Facilitate training across the cross functional teams, building Knowledge repository and facilitate to build high performance teams.
Clear understanding of functional requirements and design documents various software projects. Prepare Test Approach, Test Execution Log and Status Report for each Cycle.
