•Working in the Corporate Regional HQ for Middle East, South Asia and Africa
•Prepare budgetary requirements for agency sales channel for territories in the MEASA region, in line with corporate objectives and in coordination with territory directors.
•Analyze production plans for all business lines, with territory channel directors.
•Prepare and consolidate Monthly MEASA territory reports and support analysis for the Regional Director (liaising with Home Office)
•Design MEASA qualification criteria for regional and worldwide contests in conjunction with country directors.
•Work with senior regional management in preparation of the yearly sales policy for field force.
•Work on ongoing distribution channel-related projects in the MEASA region.
• Providing commercial support and information throughout the business
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reporting.
• Providing analysis and production of commercial/operational reports that includes business and group information.
• Review the distribution and allocations of assets between depots with the overall objective of maximising revenues for the business
• Preparing sales and forecasting model using avalaible projects database within the region
• Business Activity and performance reporting
• Pricing - Discount review, machine item analysis, price lists, yield management, scenario simulations and bench marking
•Prepare the production budget for the sales channel in co-ordination with the Channel Head and General Manager
•Analyze production plans for all business lines with Profit Center Managers, Channel Heads and Finance Head to propose business plans in line with the overall corporate strategy.
•Present final production budget snapshot and observations to the General Manager for review with Channel Heads and Profit Center Managers.
•Prepare analysis for P/L statement for all lines and channels.
•Prepare budgetary requirements for Agencies within the Gulf region.
•Prepare Monthly Progress reports, as well as the Senior Regional Director’s report. Reports include: results, financial analysis, cash flow projections and year-end projections (Agency generated business)
•Prepare Quarterly income reports for Agency and Unit managers.
•Quarterly review of the Agencies expenses and revenue production
•Provide financial advice and alternatives to the field force, with Group Life Medical Study, based on individual revenue generation vs. company benchmarks.
•Conduct financial investigation into irregularities (field force commission payments).
•Develop and maintain departmental organizational flow charts
•Maintenance of the Business Management ERP system (Gulf region).
•Coordinate activities of IT personnel vs. assigned tasks in relation to other departments
•Provide activity report on the operations of the department.
•Assist the IT manager in reconciling department invoices.
•Ensure IT queries and problems are resolved promptly.
To provide support to the Commercial Coordinators, primarily in the timely issue of all contract related invoices.
To support Commercial Coordinators in the administration of assigned contracts.
To ensure all invoices are issued to Clients on a monthly basis.
To manage time writing and other inputs to Petrofac billing systems.
To carry out all relevant reconciliations sales vs. costs.
To assist Commercial Coordinators in the preparation of the monthly Contract Performance Reports.
To input all sales invoices into sales ledger.
