Preparation of the monthly financial statements in line with group requirements.
Preparation of the annual budget and quarterly revisions.
Cash flow management
Managing supplier payments and coordinating banks
Supervising collections and preparation of the related receivable reports
Leading tax compliance and supervising legal compliance.
Reviewing and tracking client agreements
Leading all procurement processes and managing third party contracts.
Preparation of the month end revenue calculation, agency commissions, and publisher reports.
Work closely with the outsource provider company to ensure that company meets all statutory requirements.
Preparation of Cash flow, Creditors and Debtors Aging Reports, organizing payables and receivables.
Preparing Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations, implementing IFRS requirements.
Controlling all financial processes including bookkeeping, payroll, tax and social security submissions.
Preparing the monthly US GAAP financial statements and related reports.
Support in preparing the annual budget and revisions and trakcing them into the budgeting system.
Support in preparing client profitability and other internal/external analyses.
Support in client fee calculations.
Assistance in implementing and reviewing SOX controls within the Company
Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements in line with US GAAP and Danaher
Holding Company rules.
Preparation of the Monthly Forecasts and revisons of budget. Organizing the Accounts Payable.
Preparation of the Receivables and aging reports, organizing sales team for monthly collections.
Dealing with vendors for the supplies, services and procurement for general operating expenses.
Responsible for payroll issues, salary payments; and supporting the HR functions of the entity.
Reviewing the local reports and statutory files.
Supporting the Company for Compliance issues in line with SOX.
Providing Accounting, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Reporting and Tax Compliance Services to companies operating
in Turkey.
Preparation of the Monthly Tax Returns; Monthly Social Security Declaration forms and yearly CIT returns; and
quarterly Advance CIT Returns.
Preparing bank payment orders via different systems for Tax, Supplier and Salary payments.
Providing local & legal registration services to start-up companies who aim to expand their operations in
Turkey.
Preparation of the yearly FID reports for Liaison Offices of the MNCs.
Organizing the transportation and the preparation of the vehicles that are going to be delivered to the last
customers according to daily delivery program, and explaining the characteristics and the features of the
vehicles to them.
Assisting the sales team. Controlling and managing the vehicle transportation & stocks.
