•Support department sourcing strategy for buyers (both direct and indirect expense), analyzing data/information to solve problems, quantifying critical cost levers, identifying alternative approaches and presenting recommendation for solutions.
•Analyze historical consumption and inventory data and develop Excel/Qlik Sense based tools to improve Inventory levels; further focusing on cash flow, avoiding obsolete inventory expense, and reducing holding cost.
•Perform Spend Analysis using various tools and applications such as Spendency, Qlik or Excel focusing on reducing procurement costs, including supplier consolidation within the group companies, annual contracts with major business partners based on pricing formulas using market Intelligence reports such as ICIS, SCI and RISI.
•Prepare profile study of key raw materials procured within the group focusing on purchasing trends, inventory levels, pricing trends and delivery performance.
•Analyze and understand warehouse operations and logistic/distribution requirements within the group factories and develop key initiatives to optimize cost, and consolidation of storage areas - initiating synergies and efficiency improvement.
•Coordinate with key stake holders such as business unit supply chain, sales, finance and IT to develop and integrate ERP operations, focusing on development of key analysis reports for Top Management.
• Prepare supply chain related KPI’s such as cost savings and Inventory Reduction and track the monthly performance across the business units within the group.
•Responsible for key analysis (ad-hoc basis) related to Group Supply chain and operations gathering related information from ERP systems, market research and by collaborating with stake holders.

Assist
various departments with purchasing of goods and services to include issuing Request for Proposals,
negotiating pricing, conducting market research and price analysis, and finalizing the bid summary.
* Determine and establish optimal inventory levels for assigned stock items based on forecast, demand
variation and material lead times using various tools such as Min-Max Analysis, Inventory Analysis and
MRP.
* Coordinate material flows throughout product/BOM changes, obsolescence, and the introduction of new
suppliers and/or materials due to new product development.
* Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials including timely
resolution, communication and mitigation of future potential problems.
* Manage the inter-company flow or materials between warehouse locations.
* Expedite or defer orders as required based on the requirement/inventory level changes.
* Manage and resolve issues regarding Purchase order to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality
problems with suppliers.
* Provide back-up support for supply chain functions including logistics, warehouse, purchase and other
duties as assigned.
* Support Finance Team on all Inventory related queries and provide various reports for Audit purposes.
* Setup and maintain material master system planning parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stocks).

Prepare consensus-based forecast along with the category /sales team on a monthly basis.
* Prepare the final Reorder Point based on final sales forecasts, current stocks, lead-time and safety stock
requirement using inventory techniques such as ABC, FSN, XYZ analysis.

solicit and assess feedback on the various sales inquiries and demand.
* Develop key metrics and measurement for senior management to facilitate effective decision making;
“head light” of the company relating to demand and supply issues (MENA Region).
* Create inventory replenishment and innovative plans to optimize and manage inventory levels of assigned
SKU’s using various statistical methods and coordinate with team for procurement and replenishment.
* Perform Capacity Utilization Analysis (GCC Plants and machine wise) to identify trends, critical bottlenecks
and suggest countermeasures.
* Develop and implement best practices for planning all inquiries that result in capacity optimization,
standardization and optimal resource allocation.
* Support Finance Team on all Inventory related queries and provide various reports for Audit purposes.
* Agree Objectives and initiate the activities required on improvements of the Planning process or activities
and update Performance Management Development Program (PMDP).
* Audit and maintain Master data; ensure timely updating and accurate information.
