• Responsible lead engineer for bidding for tender process in water purification, waste water treatment and industrial water treatment projects.
• Supervise, train, and mentor less experienced process engineers and designers.
• Process design to generate P&ID, plant layout and general arrangement drawings.
• Detailed design including hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing and selection.
• Prepare of bill of materials for the cost estimation process.
• Participate in or lead meetings with the clients and project team to establish project objectives and to coordinate and/or resolve design problems
• Attending client’s queries and comments during Bidding/Enquiry stage.
• Assist post order activities in detailed engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
• Developing innovative package process plants.
• Participate in construction support activities including responses to requests for information (RFIs), submittal reviews, construction site visits, and design revisions/ management of change, startup and commissioning, and trouble-shooting.

Preparing Technical Submittal and getting approval from consultant & client.
Preparing Method Statements for installations.
Preparing schedule of materials according to specification and standards.
Coordination with engineering department and technical specialists for detailed engineering, preparation of detailed engineering drawings and reports.
Supervising work in Membrane Bio- Reactor plant, including construction of pumping station, installations pumps, valves, blowers, screen, air diffusers, membranes, and erection of glass lined tanks, laying of GRP pipes and fabrication and erection of carbon steel and stainless steel pipes.
Ensure a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives.
Monitor progress through out the project cycle, ensuring cost and time constraints are met and acting to ensure problem resolution, as necessary.
Establish and maintain effective QA/QC system in place for the project strictly adhering to standards and specifications.
Testing & commissioning of all the equipments in the plant like pumps, blowers, screens, valves, pipes, diffusers & membranes.

•Marketing and execution of contracts for 'Fire Protection systems’.
•Supervising work executions by internal team of technicians / foreman and through sub-contractors. Assigning them tasks at sites and job targets.
•To work over shop drawings, client approvals and support execution team in its implementation at sites.
•For on going jobs, co-ordination with customer / principal contractor's project team.
•Procuring material from our suppliers, handling company's relationships with suppliers. Source new suppliers and materials.
•Scheduling the material dispatches in co-ordination with stores team, billing and payment certificates.
