Sales - Major responsibility of the parts sales & distribution to serve oil & gas and utilities sector in the MEA hub region. Also support ABB’s customers for a single interface window for spares & service.
Distribution Operations: responsible for inbound & outbound movement of systems & services which includes timely delivery of system spares specially achieved in shut down situations & maintenance job scenarios.
Accounts Management: Team player with Account Managers in market penetration with in segments and service support to key accounts strategies.
Tender & Bid management: Established e-procurement business process for Tenders & RFQ’s across the key customers with timely execution. Responsible for proposals & bids with E portals and coordination with factories & divisions with technical, commercial and financial aspects including prices, logistics cost and trading conditions. Also controlling customer supplier portal and E bid activities. Also Manages administrative procedures in bids processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
Customer Relations: Established and maintains effective operational activities with Adnoc groups. Also enhance customer relationships for 10 key customer in Oil gas sector, 30 major customer including EPC’s and 75 other sales points and fulfilling customer requirements for parts & service, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, duties, third part logistics, risk review, sensitive control protocol, special terms and conditions review, freight & packing requirements.
Supply chain: Develops and executes a fully integrated Supply Chain Strategy, which supports the MEA Strategic Plan and Business Goals along with the co-ordination with factory & Technical team.
Order Management: Monitors, manage, order management performance goals (i.e. perfect order, recalls, RMA, inventory, etc.) in CRM SAP system. Monitor & expedite sales orders and purchase order management, initiates corrective action and improvement of deliveries of projects orders as required.
Sales & supply operations within UAE and other GCC outlets & distribution centres.
Support to sales target as per the forecast & budget including brand & regional sales.
Support market distribution activities to improve market / geographic penetration.
Lead order administration - with review, approval, as per the actual demand and sales operations, market planning, and allocation as per the forecasting & budgeting.
Marketing & promotions campaigns & implementations across the GCC outlets including loyalty programmes with stands, kiosks and tools including offer pack activities, packing and bar coding.
Pricing - Responsible pricing with brand department co-ordination, regional pricing, distributor pricing strategies, launch price decisions, excess stock liquidation plans & sales offers.
Reporting sales analysis in terms of products, brands, customers, outlets, regions or distributors.
GCC distribution to branches, Distributors, retail units & export customers.
Logistics Operations with supplier’s agents, Shipping/Air/ Road cargo agents for import and export.
Export / shipping & customs documentations review (L/C, BL, AW, Invoices, certificates from Inter tech, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Economics for GCC Operations.
Inventory control - in computerized management software on UAE Distribution division, various GCC warehouses, retail outlets, and distributor units, with effective handling of situation in relation to, stock availability, potential stock out, surplus orders, excels expedites orders and excess stocks.
Forecasting - Conduct in-depth analysis & corrective actions for sales vs. forecast error, demand analysis, replenishment cycle, Pareto analysis, Item classification, lead time management and generate monthly excess stock reports, Tester reports.
