Preparing the chart of account.
Implementing the ERP system along with system consultant and provider.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
Determining the product, process and department cost.
Liaising with management and marketing department to arrive at the pricing strategy.
Identifying bottlenecks in the production process and implementing strategies to eliminate them.
Managing the finance department.
Preparing and presenting monthly financials to the management.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
Conduct month-end and year-end close process.
Collect, analyse and summarise account information.
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

- Implementing the costing system in the organization with other management accountants to find out the cost per each department and the final cost of the product.
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
- Finding out bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and implementing techniques to eliminate them.
- Providing inventory reports to management to decide inventory management strategy.
- Developing and executing purchasing strategies.
- Preparing purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
- Building and maintaining good relations with suppliers and partnering with supplier to get the best services and on time delivery.
- Monitoring and forecasting upcoming level of demand to determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements. - Undertaking financial administration and internal audits. - Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues. - Developing and managing financial systems/policies. - Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects. - Controlling income and expenditure.
✓ Manage communications and timelines for assigned clients on multiple, concurrent projects.
✓ Create a customized taxonomy document using a client's recent filing with the SEC as well as the US GAAP Taxonomy.
✓ Consult with clients as needed to determine and confirm which financial statements map directly to the US GAAP Taxonomy and which financial statements require customized extension elements to create the final XBRL document. Structure the XBRL taxonomy accordingly.
✓ Ensure on time delivery of final approved XBRL financial statements for customer.
✓ Apply knowledge of current SEC requirements for evolving XBRL compliance requirements and address client questions related to their specific compliance requirements.
✓ Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
✓ Review XBRL document for accuracy, consistency and completeness of data tagging.
✓ Maintain continuing education and training in new Financial Services platforms and technologies as they are implemented and introduced into the service offerings.
✓ Report to the Operations Manager.
✓ Supporting the Operations Manager and other colleagues.
