Have been working as System Administrator in Ideal Solutions; a vibrant organization where i could use my full caliber on implementing the IT infrastructure.
During my career at Ideal Solutions; i could accomplish lot of knowledge and experience while i got the chance to implement the full IT infrastructure as part of the setting up of our new office premises.
Additional to this System Administration job role, i got chance to engage in to different projects such as Kiosk implementation (Self Service Kiosk for Public Prosecution and ADLSA, E-Cash card dispensing kiosk for QNB) through which i added more knowledge and experience to my career.
• Ensure the compatibility of the hardware and software of the system by determining it.
• Responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of the new hardware and software.
• Assist team in resolution of hardware, software and system issues.
• Analyze performance of the system and ensure the performance objective and availability of the requirements
• Responsibilities include analysis, installation, maintenance and modification of networks and computing system.
• Responsible for providing the desktop system administration and support to the network.
• Interact with the clients to resolve the queries, issues and problems.
• Responsible for providing help, support and assistance in initial installation of the system, setup and maintenance of the user account, data recovery, etc.
• Assisted in the operation of ICMIS's computing environment.
• Assisted in hardware installation and maintenance of workstations, servers, networking equipment, and other supporting hardware.
• Performed user account creation, deletion, and configuration
• Supervised backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Install and configure exchange server and manage email ids.
• Install and configure PCs and Servers.
• Install and update anti-virus and other software.
• Install and configure Exchange server and create and manage active directory objects
• Perform backup and restore.
I completed MCSE with Exchange Server 2003 from BSOFT NETWORK ACADEMY, one of the good institutes of INDIA in the Networking field
I have completed CCNA from BSOFT Network Academy. I
I had completed Degree in Economics from Govt. College Malappuram,Kerala state INDIA on 2005 march.
I completed Dilpoma in Computer Hardware and Network from ISIT Computer College in 2002.
I have completed Higher Secondary in Commerce with Computer Science with high first class. I was the First Rank Holder in our school.
From Al-Manar Higher Secondary School I completed my SSLC in 2000
