• Supervise and guide all Application Engineers to prepare Gauging, Cleaning and ILI tool configurations as per PQ and P&ID.
• Train all AE how to analyse gauge tool after run to tackle geometry of pipeline for safe passage of ILI.
• Provide the technical support for sales and operation.
• Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical pigging tools by studying customer requirements; researching, testing, manufacturing, assembly methods and materials.
• Develop drawings and manufacturing processes necessary for fabrication.
• Analyse and modify the engineered component by Solid work modelling & FEA as per the requirements of project.
• Prepare the configuration and simulation of tool as per specification of pipelines and calculate minimum bore.
• Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government and safety regulations.
• Work closely with assembly personnel to ensure product design is compatible with manufacturing.
• Preparing Shop and Manufacturing drawings for switch gear panel boxes, substations, M.D.B, S.M.D.B, feeder pillars, enclosures (form-2, 3&4), etc.
• Preparing program for Finn power punching machine by Jet Cam.
• Analyse and improve manufacturing methods & processes by standardisation of material & fabricated part, for the convenient & productive operation.
• Estimation of production times, staffing requirements & related cost to provide information for management decision.
• Inspecting the final assembly and evaluate the final product.
• Preparing the concept drawing and prototype drawing for the new products, its manufacturing drawing and release to production.
• Individually design the required tools and dies for different machining using Pro-e and AutoCAD.
• Reviewing manufacturing BOM and Routing.
• Preparing the program for CNC Finn power turret punching & KAWASAKI Robotic wiring machine using Jet Cam & KCWinTCP-KAWASAKI file editor respectively.
• Maintenance of Robotized wiring system and roll forming automation system.
• Inspecting the samples, complete the assembly and evaluate the final product.
• Directing all manufacturing operations so as to make the production schedules meet the organizational targets and minimize the waste and scrap during production by 5S.
• DPR analysis and giving technical assistance to adopt good production method.
• Managing manpower in a shift, Observation on manufacturing defect problems, quality related problems during production & guiding in charges on decision making.
• Preparing and maintaining ISO 9001 Documents.
• Condition Monitoring.
• Maintaining the appropriate temperature in coking chamber and heating chamber.
• Maintaining the flow of raw coke oven gas in GCM & SUCTION LINE to the By-product department.
• Battery maintenance, car maintenance and maintenance of WINCH SYSTEM
• Responsibility of solving problems in batteries due to mechanical maintenance.
• Having knowledge about flow diagram of Air fuel supply & Pre-heater system in battery cellar.
• Regulation work of pressure of heating chamber & waste heat box.
• Academic Project Title-Design of Grab type Dredging System @COCHIN PORT TRUST, Kerala, India. There I was able to change the provision of existing system by proposed system.
