Working in CDC L.L.C, a well-established contracting, construction and development company, with more than ten sister concerns as IT Specialist (Designated as IT Engineer in multiple projects) under IT Team with responsibilities to handle corporate network with more than 2K users in multiple branches and outlets, servers, workstations, wireless controllers, firewalls etc., plus management of project site office networks, server and telephone systems.
The work experience and routine tasks includes the followings;
• Administration of Firewalls, Servers, Switches & Routers.
• Management of SSL, IP Sec VPN connections at remote sites.
• Management of VPC network.
• Symantec Endpoint Security server management and client installation.
• IT budgeting, Estimation & procurement of IT related products and services.
• Updating, patching and backing up of important systems.
• Configuring, maintaining & troubleshooting Microsoft Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2 server domains at Project site offices
• Administration of wireless controllers, Access points and 4G routers.

• Managing Avaya IP Telephone networks at site offices.

Worked at Contraco W.L.L, a Qatar based contracting company in Doha as an IT Administrator, with challenging responsibilities to handle servers, wireless controllers, firewalls, switches and other networking and IT devices including desktops, laptops, printers etc. plus supporting end users belongs to the company.

• Managed Microsoft Server 2008R2.
• Managed Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
• Adding and Registering users in Microsoft Office 365.
