Shutdown(Turnaround as per QSGTL) Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor at Qatar Shell Gas to Liquid plant Major turnaround II at Raslaffan, Qatar.
Major responsibilities where to look after and co-ordinate and supervise maintenance activities of Furnace, Fin-fan, Columns, Vessels and hydro-testing some pipelines.
Blinding and Isolation of related pipelines, ensuring zero energy by conducting proper inspections and calling AGT for gas testing and ensuring with field operators.
Assigning job to 28+ employees on day to day basis. Handover work status and take continuation from night shift for continuity, proper and safe job completion, Take permits and renew them on 24 hour basis to ensure people are working with proper work permits.
Completed 52+ work packs on time period assigned to me and moved to next area for helping other supervisors in hydro testing pipelines.
Completed all mechanical(piping and structural) related activities in a Project at KJO, Khafji project name "Water Treatment Facilities Phase 3", with a crew above 120 men.
Worked as Piping engineer and HVAC QC in a Saudi Aramco project at Khurais. Khurais Fire Damper Remediation and Potable Water Pump Replacement Project", Khurais.
Give instruction to supervisors and foreman to keep up with schedule.
Clear technical doubts from management, client or planning team.
Co-ordinate with Inspection team and testing team for smooth execution of inspections and testings.
Manage manpower to minimize wastage of man-hour and utilize proper resource and equipment to complete work efficiently and effectively.
Assist Quantity Surveyor and Planning team to make their reports and revise their plans for proper execution of work.
Act as a link between coworkers and company management to transfer their messages. And help both to clear their necessities.
Give instruction in English or Hindi or Malayalam or Tamil or Urdu in necessities to complete tasks.
