worked as senior sales engineer in building material division. there mainly deals with Terram brand geotextile and also sold Construction chemicals from Fosroc brand.
• Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Must liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to their needs, cost and time restraints.
• Handles the enquiries from customers and providers details about the products offered to them over the phone or via e-mails.
• Responsible for overseeing the entire sales operation of Safety products, hardware, scaffolding, and other Building Materials sales.
