Sai Info system is an Indian based ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company which is saga of new information age, Implemented a Kerala state Call Center project for BSNL, to enhance the facilities for the customers for their common enquires regarding Bill payments, complaint register etc from anywhere in the state at free of cost. This project connects 11 SSA’s commercial database server and Telecom Revenue Accounts (TRA) database server to provide customer service through ivrs, email, fax and support executives from each major location in Kerala.
