Managing an IT Team of 4 Members are working in each
regions
* Maintaining exchange 2013 & AD server 2012, creating
mailboxes, AD Policies etc.
* Successfully carried-out the full project cycle
implementation of Dynamics AX 2012 R3 covering Retail.
* Conducted functional and technical training to end-users
and support team on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
* Wrote detailed Operation Manuals used as guide by
support team and end-users.
* Administered the seamless deployment of Dynamics AX
Retail POS to all retail channels (over 140 stores) in the
entire region.
* Liaise with ERP vendor in the execution and completion
of deliverable as per approved scope and coordinated
required troubleshooting of system issues including the
development of customized solutions.
* Carried out the test and installation of latest Dynamics
2012 R3 cumulative updates and hot-fixes.
* Manage and administer AX user security access ensuring
that all privileges are appropriately provisioned for their
work function and roles.
* Analyze business requirements and maps them to existing
functionalities as well as design solutions to cover the
gaps in the application.
