Installation and commissioning of a 26k TPA milk crumb plant in a greenfield site with end to end control on budget and timelines, managing a capex of 10MM USD

? Responsible for end to end execution, detailed engineering and approvals, budget, timelines for successful commissioning of the first of its kind line (Line of Future) ever.
? Managing communication between multiple stakeholders in business and engineering; leading a team of sub contractors on the field to supervise the installation and commissioning activities.
? Working closely with Global Engineering team for technical support and resolutions.

Detailed design, and partner in execution of an enrobed hollow wafer line. Partnered in engineering, and process design of 9600 Ton wafer chocolate line in a greenfield site, detail planing the commissioning and vertical startup.

? Responsible for detailed engineering of chocolate enrobed wafer product, and process engineering.
? Coordinating change-engineering for process related requirements with Global Engineering team, Global R&D and factory operations in Malanpur and Chennai.
? Created extensively elaborate vertical startup plans which are used as benchmarks for other upcoming production lines in Mondelez.
