My work was to manage and control the work flow as per contract and policies of my company
and our client, technical reporting, invoicing, time scheduling etc.
Lafarge Elsokhna Cement Plant - replacing and upgrading of the main filter, cooler EP, related
ducts and ID fan).
I was assigned as a supervisor on two contracting companies responsible of project execution.
My work was to prepare material, making lifting plans, managing execution activities on site and
participating in project scheduling and arranging progress reports and invoices.

- Yanbu Power and Desalination Plant Phase III (Saudi Arabia).
- Al Jouf Cement Company (Saudi Arabia).
- ALBA Power Station (Bahrain).

My job was to issue technical reports, following up and monitoring project progress, handling
drawings of currently executed projects, managing subcontractors, issuing and following up
invoices. Material control and following up reports.
