1- EPC UPGRADING OF WASH WATER SYSTEM IN CONDENSATE UNITS AT RUWAIS REFINERY ( Unit : 211 & 411East )
2- EPC Project Installation of Pipeline for UCO from HCK to Residue Tanks (141-F-60 & 61) in oil Movement Area Oil Refinery East Takeer.
3-Borouge EPC Project and PMP Project.
• Monitor Piping Errection and Fabrication Job
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) from Isometrics
• Execute detailed Engineering activities using different industrial specification as ASME, API, ANSI and other International Engineering practices
• Monitoring the running project and insure that work is running as per required standard or as per spec. provided by Client
• Provide technical guidance on matters that relate to Engineering, Piping
• Preparation of Progress reports and Progress S curves
• Preparation of detail activity schedule and progress monitoring for the Mechanical construction of process plant area
• Test pack Verification and punch listing of piping
• Supervise and monitor Hydro test of piping
Erection and Fabrication of piping, Structure supports and erection of the site, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Responsible for installation and commissioning of HVAC System.
Deal with other engineers to ensure the installation is done as per the drawings. Sound Knowledge in the installation of HVAC systems. (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pump s FCU s, MAHU s, AHU s, CCU, VAV s, Package Units, ECU s, Fan s, VRF Systems, Air Washers)
Sound Knowledge in the installation of Piping.(MS, GI, CI, PPR, HDP) Sound Knowledge for HVAC system Designing. (Like Cooling and Heating Load )
Sound Knowledge for duct static pressure calculation.
Knowledge for review and rectify the drawings.
Sound knowledge for HVAC Equipment Selection.
Sound knowledge of HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting
Parco oil Refinery, To prepare for internal jobs of vessels and columns like dismantling of demister pads trays rushing-rings and Paul-rings and also execute hot jobs of inside shell of column and vessels.
Project commencement and preparation of project site.
Coordination and liaison with all departments for input required.
Manage external relationships with clients and consultants.
Oversee and monitor execution of project activities while ensuring quality.
Ensure proper maintenance and recording of all project documents.
Project progress reporting, preparation and follow up on client / Consultant approval.
Evaluate and analyse team performance and training needs.

Ensure compliance with Shop drawings and QA procedures.
Ensure health and safety of works is complied with.
Review, negotiate and approve construction documents.
Conduct quality inspections & enforce safety and security requirements.
Coordinate outages and activities & resolve field issues.
Control cost and schedule growth & track and report status.
Conduct, participate pre-construction meetings.
Follow up and monitor planning activities on sites and ensure implementation of work plan.
Trainee engineer for urea, Ammonia and utility plant Authorized person for PTW by FFC-III.
Maintenance of heat exchanger, pressure vessel.
Responsible for to executing hydro-testing of shell and tube exchangers.
interact with area supervisor to plan for shutdown work.
coordinate with client for job planning and execute the job as per HSE standards.
