-An expert in reviewing design of HVAC equipment including drawing, specifications/data sheets, material requisition and bills of quantities and be able to perform/ review Cooling and Heating Load calculations and ventilation requirement, design drawings, HVAC control systems.
-Provide suitable repairing methods and recommendations.
-Maintaining and forwarding daily work progress report along with daily manpower and material consumption.
-Preparing work schedule and monitoring every activity as per the schedule.
-Planning for materials and arranging them without affecting the work progress.
-Planning for manpower and utilizing them effectively as per the schedule.
-Inspection in site for monitoring the progress and quality checking.
-Giving training to the subordinates regarding quality needs, process and procedures.
-Interacting with Purchase department for smooth operation of the Project.
-Coordinating with Clint and foreman for the execution of work orders according to job plan generated by software ‘Maximo’.
-Diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, AC faults & malfunctions and carryout preventive and breakdown maintenance on time.
-Expertise in selection of materials and spare parts, units related to HVAC.
-Overseeing 18-person maintenance team.
-On-call responsibilities for building / equipment emergencies.
-Manage purchasing of building supplies and equipment to ensure maximum cost savings.
-Duct servicing of HVAC systems.

-Supervise subcontractors to complete multifaceted projects as per plans and specifications.
