Responsible to Manage Install Configure Monitor & Troubleshoot window based network.
 Provide Technical & Desktop support to company staff for their daily issues.
 Installation, managing, troubleshooting network and stand-alone printers(Xerox, HP).
 Outlook (2010, 2013, 2016) configuration for new employees and for existing employees (Fetching
old emails, Configuring rules, backup and recovery of PST files).
 Assembling of HP, Dell servers, PCs, OS installation, solving all desktop related issues (slow PC
performance, Outlook problems, Internet connectivity problems, Installation of new applications,
maintaining Windows up-to-date.
 Manage company project based File Servers.
 WIFI Router configuration installation troubleshooting and Mobile support.
 Responsible for purchasing IT and stationary product for company use.
 Install configure & trouble shoot Network component, ADSL Wireless Router & Switches.
 Solving all Desktop related issues (slow pc performance, Outlook, PDF, Internet).
 Worked on windows Domain based network. User account creation/Policies etc.
 Diagnoses hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
