Being in the Learning and Development field for a long time, I had the chance to develop my own skills and capabilities and to practice mostly everything in this field starting from Planning the training and development programs, courses and projects. Organizing resources and conducting the approved learning and development programs, courses as per the approved plans. Lead the development activities, Controlling the delivery, cost, resources, evaluating training outcome, ROI, and improve the training:
• Organizing Talent Management projects, Talent Management Groups under Qatarization plans.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis “TNA”, negotiate training needs with departments’ heads, consider cost saving, select training providers, negotiate training cost, prepare training plan and budget, prepare training schedule, conduct scheduled and unscheduled courses, and evaluate training outcomes.
• Coordinate “Personal Development” and “Leadership Development” programs, and deliver selective training programs to the bank employees.
• Design and coordinate all Graduate Development Programs.
• Design and Align employees’ development plans to organization goals.
• Design and Conduct employee induction programs.
• Develop Bank Branches Employees’ CDP’s, schedule & conduct related training needs.
• Develop and deliver Nationalisation Projects with Ministry of Labour and College of North Atlantic - Qatar. \{Train fresh graduate Qataris on Banking, Soft Skills, and English training programs. Manage their monthly attendance & allowances, follow up with their study achievements, and apply corrective measures\}.
• Develop and implement learning evaluation procedures, and conduct ROI levels 1&2
• Select vendors and managed outsourced training programs.
• Analyzing, writing and updating L&D policies and procedures.
• Represent the bank in Career Fairs like Qatar Career Fair and others like Qatar University and Qatar Foundation Universities’ Career Days.
• Prepare & manage Annual Learning & Development Budget.
• Prepare Monthly and Annual Reports, and write HR Department Annual Report.
• Design & Develop Learning Management System (software) to record and track employees training and development, and to generate reports.
• Manage/Coordinate the following L&D projects:
o Talent Management Programs:\{Special Development track designed for our Talent Management Group of employees who we need to develop them to be our future VP’s\}
o Branch Development Program: \{Design the Branches’ Career Path, Assess branches’ employees’ knowledge and skills, create Gap Analysis and Organise training programs\}
o Develop our Senior Branches employees Managerial and Leadership skills.\}
o Manage Employees Job-Rotations.
o Manage Internship in the bank, accept nominees from Ministry of Labour and Universities, allocate them in our departments, follow up with their On-the-Job training and arrange their monthly allowance.
o Reduce the overall cost of Training through initiating, managing and coordinating the following initiatives:
Implement and manage E-Learning programs like “Skill Soft”.
Negotiate training cost with vendors, and maintain excellent training quality.
Increase the number of conducted in-house training program.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, annual, QCB, compliance and other training reports as required.
• Building strong relationship with Ministries, Government and semi-government entities in order to achieve the sales goals
• Help our customers to achieve their training goals by designing special training programs to cover their training needs.
• Coordinate the delivery of International Certificates like: CFA, CPA, CMA, CIA, SPHR
• Building new business channels, meet new customers, confirm deals
