Project: NEOM Community Operation & Maintenance Position: Safety Engineer DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing routine and random site inspections.
• Carrying out risk assessment to the condition of the workplace.
• Identifying necessary improvement actions.
• Educating workers on improved practices and ensuring safe working methods are established.
• Creating reports on site safety observations for improvement with suggested solutions.
• Verifying quarterly practice of fire drills for every work shift.
• Responding to any emergency case.
• Checking written JSAs and permits for adherence to regulations.
• Inspecting facilities for adherence to fire, hazard and safety guidelines. Verifying of fire alarm and firefighting system and ensuring they work properly. Ensuring that the workers comply with the personal protective equipment.
