Mechanical Designs:
- Creating and approving the suitable Mechanical designs for the new products within the establishment (Includes new resources energy products).
- Managing and running all Mechanical works within the organization.
- Providing experimental prototypes for the machines and products designed to match the theory classified.
- Creating finalized actual designs and coordinate with the concerned manufacturers for production.
Development:
- Managing the organization’s development track.
- Stuff training following up and targeting requirements.
- Yearly budgeted designs planning and tracking.
Services:
- Applying all of the customer’s services and maintenance for the heavy machinery, concrete pumps, excavators, and road equipment machines.
- Troubleshooting, arranging quotations and repairing customer’s equipments.
- Leading the Northern region and handling the workshop covering all Northern customers.
After Sales Services:
- Customers following up and arranging all warranty claims for defects among the -under warranty- sold machines for manufacturer compensation.
- Training the customers for new purchased machines, commissioning training (theoretical & practical).
- Field service and advice for critical situations
- PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) for newly surrendering equipments.
Customer Care & Satisfaction:
- Problems solution, handling customer complaints and improving the organization’s image.
Maintenance Supervision :
- Supervises the maintenance activities for several equipments (Hydraulics, Sealing & all programmed maintenance activities).
- Coordinates with the amenable people (agencies, companies, spare suppliers ... etc.).
- Maintaining the production in a running condition and to provide a well, fast and proper decision for critical B/Ds.
- Establishing the proper scheduling maintenance methods for reducing the B/D time & cost.
- To direct supervise on the Central workshop within the Region.
High rise building pouring Solutions :
- To provide the proper solutions on the high-rise buildings pouring.
- Erection of the pipelines and stationary pumps.
Auditing :
- I was trained as an auditing leader on the maintenance activities, filings, procedures on the other areas within the region making spot visits to ensure that system violations will never take place.
Achievements :
- I have dropped the maintenance cost by 3.3% within the past working period.
- I have increased the equipments workability by 4.7% by the proper preventive maintenance scheduling.
- I trained different nationalities using the AX dynamics maintenance system.
