Agree on personal sales targets with the retails sales manager and branch mange
•Day to day activities
•Actively sell / cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing classic and advantage customers
•Prepare asses and recommended loan products applications and maintenance requests, and forwarded for approval by consumer processing unit
•Cash reserve key custodian as and when required
•Receive and process customer requests (e.g. account opening, NBAD online requests, retuned cheque delivery etc.)
•Encourage customers to build their balances with the bank in order to migrate to higher customer programs
•Generate leads foe elite and elite gold programs by referring eligible and potential customers to elite lounges and centers
•Attract new customers to branch through personal relations and existing customer referrals
•Educate classic and advantage customers about automated channels including ATM, call center and NBAD online services and promote their migration to this channels
•Meet individual sales targets
•Coordinate with CPU and call center to insure high level of customer service and resolution of challenges faced
•Allocate responsibility to RBA”S to respond to customer enquires forwarded by call center
•Provide direct coaching, mentoring and guidance to RBA”S to ensure that they meet their sales targets.
